We are looking to add a Neurophysiology Manager at Baptist Medical Center & Wolfson Children’s Hospital, located in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity.

As the Neurophysiology Manager, you will oversee the EEG Department, which consists of overseeing 35-40 employees and supporting both adult and pediatric patient populations. At Baptist, we specialize in advanced neurodiagnostic care, offering innovative technology and services such as long-term epilepsy monitoring, intraoperative neuromonitoring, and pediatric epilepsy surgical support. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who is passionate about creating world-class patient care and employment experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing and expanding the EEG department, supporting the Pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, and contributing to Baptist’s commitment to process improvement, staff development, and clinical excellence.

The Neurophysiology Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing the EEG Department and staff (scheduling, payroll, hiring, evaluations, etc)
• Troubleshooting EEG equipment and ensuring high-quality diagnostic output
• Supporting staff education and development initiatives
• Driving process improvement and departmental growth aligned with Baptist’s core values

Experience

• Ten Years Relevant equivalent experience in lieu of education
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• 3+ years of EEG experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for team developmen

License and Certification

• Certified EEG Technician Required
