Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Nurse Manager to join the Main OR team at Baptist Medical Center. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

Responsibilities include:

• Delegates tasks to a nursing staff,
• Manages and checks the nursing schedule,
• Ensures that all shifts are covered,
• Conducts assessments and performance reviews
• Tends to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Master's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Nursing Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
