Job Summary

Baptist Health's Heart Specialists Team is hiring an Advance Practice Provider, Valve Clinic CoordinatorNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Valve Clinic Coordinator. The will function as a key individual in the overall operations of the Structural Heart Program for Baptist Heart Specialists.

Specific initial emphasis will be placed on the establishment and management of the TAVR program. Expected duties include patient management and coordination of care, relationship development with referring physicians and communities, and day-to-day program management.

The selected Advanced Practice Provider will serve the main campus at Baptist Downtown Jacksonville, in both the ambulatory setting as well as hospital rounds.

  • 3-5 years cardiac experience preferred 
  • Surgical experience preferred
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience preferred
  • Cardiac Critical Care experience preferred
  • Cath Laboratory experience preferred

License and Certification

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • ACLS and BLS required
