Office Specialist II, Pediatric Cardiology, Wolfson's Children's Hospital

Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Specialist II to join our team! This is a Full-Time Days opportunity from Monday-Friday.

The Office Specialist II for Wolfson's will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.The office staff at this office in Wolfson's is a very close knit group. They are immersed in the practice portion and scheduilng portion. They go back and forth between the hospital and clinic. The office does big celebrations together once a quarterto keep comraderie going. Working with kids is fun and rewarding!

This role will be responsible for:

• Working with the cardiology practices to ensure proper demographic, insurance and authorization information is obtained in order to properly clear patients for cardiology testing.
• Working collaboratively with patient financial services, BSP Pediatric Cardiology, and WCH Cardiac testing departments to coordinate daily technologists and patient schedules.

• One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred
