Job Summary
As the lead of our Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Recruitment marketing strategy, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, design and execution of our multifaceted approach to identify, attract and secure quality candidates to care for the communities we serve. While this role reports to the Director of Physician Recruitment, the successful applicant will actively engage and collaborate with various key stakeholders across the enterprise including marketing, executives, leadership and physicians. You will also be responsible for the cultivation of key partnerships with training institutions, third-party vendors and other resources to further promote Baptist Health and Baptist Physician Enterprise's position as the premier Physician & Advanced Practice Provider employer of choice in the Northeast Florida region and beyond. Prior recruitment, marketing or similar experience is strongly preferred. Ability to effectively communicate across a broad spectrum including social media, web-based advertisements and innovative approaches to “meet candidates where they are” strongly desired.
