Radiology Technologist, Imaging, Baptist Downtown

Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Imaging team at Baptist Downtown in Jacksonville. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p. Participation in holiday rotation is required.

This Radiology Technologist will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Comfortable with Pediatrics
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner following state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARRT (CI) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required Or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required Or
