Registered Nurse, Cardiac Testing Lab, Part-Time, Baptist Downtown

Job Summary

Baptist Healthis seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Testing Lab in Jacksonville, FL! This is a Full-time Days shift opportunity, working Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm performing Stress Tests. Rotating weekend. No holiday rotation.

As an Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Testing Lab your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing Heart Center patient, including evaluating, continuous monitoring, interpreting, communicating and recording patient conditions during the stress test.
• Reviewing charts with labs and current conditions of patients with stress test orders to ensure patient is ready for testing – communicating outliers to Cardiologist
• COPs RN perform TEEs, cardioversions, Tilt Table tests and pharmacological stress tests.
• Cath Lab RN, if applicable, may cross train with EP/Pacemaker/ICD RN. This position requires call.

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 1-2 years Clinical Nursing Experience
• 1-2 years Nursing Experience
• Radiology/Imaging Experience
• Operating Room Experience
• Experience with vascular imaging procedures
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting

License and Certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
