Job Summary

Baptist Medical Centeris looking to add a Registered Nurse to our CT Scan Department at Baptist Jacksonville in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This Registered Nurse position is a full time days opportunity with call expectations.

As an Registered Nurse in our Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology team your responsibilities will include:

• Performs nursing duties in the CT Scan and Imaging department.
• Is responsible for documentation of nursing care.
• Administers medication under direction and monitors the patient as necessary.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Must participate in on-call coverage

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
• 1 year Wound Care Experience Preferred

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification Preferred
• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
