🏥 About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Operating RoomCirculating Nurse, you will serve as a, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe and efficient intra-operative care. Your responsibilities may include:

• Verifying patient identity and procedural details

• Coordinating surgical room setup and instrumentation

• Monitoring patient status and advocating for their well-being

• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring procedural safety standards

• Communicating with families and coordinating with PACU and pre-op teams

You may work with a single complex casemultiple shorter procedures or rotate through, depending on the day’s surgical schedule.

• Current RN License in the State of Florida

• 1–2 years of OR experience preferred (open to experienced acute care RNs seeking to transition into surgical services)

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 2 years Surgical Experience Required

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
