🏥 About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Operating RoomCirculating Nurse, you will serve as a, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe and efficient intra-operative care. Your responsibilities may include:
Verifying patient identity and procedural details
Coordinating surgical room setup and instrumentation
Monitoring patient status and advocating for their well-being
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring procedural safety standards
Communicating with families and coordinating with PACU and pre-op teams
You may work with a single complex casemultiple shorter procedures or rotate through, depending on the day’s surgical schedule.

Current RN License in the State of Florida
1–2 years of OR experience preferred (open to experienced acute care RNs seeking to transition into surgical services)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
