Registered Nurse, Patient Flow Staffing Supervisor, Patient Care Logistics Center, Baptist Jacksonville

Job Summary

Responsible for assessing, determining and coordinating all in-patient unit staffing by aligning resources equitably based off of patient acuity utilization needs. Gives input to patient placement of all admissions - elective and emergent, and transfers in accordance with the unit guidelines. Ensures the patients are placed in the clinically appropriate level of care via established algorithms and protocols. Upholds the standards of the systemwide customer service program. Collaborates and develops hospital partnerships with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient flow.

Shift: Days plus every other weekend required

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 1-2 years House Supervisor Role Preferred

License and Certification

• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
