Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to hire a Rehab Services Manager for our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at Wolfson Children's Lake City Clinic, located in Columbia County. This Rehab Services Manager will work day shift hours and have no weekend requirements.
The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience with a pediatric outpatient rehab services team. This position is open to a licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, OR Speech Language Pathologist.
Our Rehab Manager at Wolfson's Outpatient Clinic - Lake City will be working in a pediatric outpatient setting that will include managing the team as well as clinical work. This manager will be expected to work 12 hours of admin time per week and 28 hours of clinical patient care per week. This Rehab Services Manager will provide leadership and supervise rehab staff for the daily operations of the clinic in addition to providing direct patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
Oversees daily operations of the clinic.
Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.
Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population.
Experience Requirements:
Over 5 years Clinical Patient Care Experience Required
Over 5 years Outpatient Experience Preferred
3-5 Years Management Experience Preferred
3-5 Years Interdisciplinary Teamwork Required
Education & Credential Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (non-Nursing) Required
Master of Science Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association Required
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred Or Licensed Occupational Therapist Required Or Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required Or Licensed Physical Therapist Required
