Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Research Coordinator 1 Nurse to join the Baptist Health Research Institute. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.
Responsible for the conduct of clinical human research activities for Baptist Health Research Institute.
- Ensures that research is conducted in accordance with established standards by working with clinical investigators to coordinate study-related activities. These activities will be clinical, regulatory and administrative in nature.
- Coordinates numerous protocols simultaneously.
- Ensures assigned protocols are consistent with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (BCP), Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), local regulations, institutional policies and procedures, and sponsor specifications.
- Maintains knowledge of clinical practice standards, nursing practice standards, TJC related safety requirements, OHRP requirements, human subject protection standards, and all institutional policies and procedures.
**Minimum 1 year clinical and/or research experience required. Bachelor's Degree may substitute one year research.
**Must have a registered nurse license.
**Cardiology experience preferred
