Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Resource Coordinator to its Plastics OR Service Line. This is a full time, days position, located in our Baptist South.
Clinical Resource Coordinator, Job Responsibilities
- Clinical Resource Coordinator is responsible for specific specialty for coordination, preparation of assigned rooms/cases, assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case.
- Facilitates any special needs of the surgeon, meets with vendors and keeps preference sheets current.
- It is the specialist for a given service.
- Can perform any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulate.
- Facilitates timely turnovers and 1st case starts.
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Associate of Science in Nursing Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred

Facilitates any special needs of the cardiologist, meets with vendors, coaches staff, and oversees competency of staff. Is able to perform multiple modalities in cardiology. Facilitates timely turnover of cases.
