• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization. • Manage calendars and schedules for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and projects, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
• Provide administrative support for various tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by senior management.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook required.
• 1-2 Years Office Experience required.

Education & Credential Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
