ServiceNow Administrator, IS Service Management, Baptist Medical Center
A ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for supporting the configuration and maintenance of the Baptist ServiceNow instance, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality to develop workflows that improve and manage processes across the organization. Key responsibilities include day-to-day support and maintenance of all deployed ServiceNow modules, with a particular focus on the build and maintenance of the CMDB. The administrator ensures system performance, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards while collaborating with IT and business teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reports and dashboards.

As the ServiceNow Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of the Baptist ServiceNow instance.
- The candidate will leverage out-of-the-box functionality to develop workflows that will help improve and manage processes within the organization.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day-to-day support and maintenance of all deployed ServiceNow Modules- with a focus on build and maintenance of CMDB.
Strong knowledge of CMDB build, maintenance, and best practices
Experience configuring and supporting ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.)
Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
Ability to design and implement workflows using out-of-the-box functionality
Experience with user and role administration within ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams

- 2 years of Related Experience Required
