Job Summary
Baptist Health and Wolfson Children’s Hospital are seeking a Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements, including high-profile sports partnerships.
This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization, its partners, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and sponsorships deliver maximum value.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of sponsorship accounts, developing activation concepts that align with brand and marketing goals, and producing detailed reports to track assets, budgets, and performance metrics. The specialist will also streamline processes for asset tracking, maintain strong partner relationships, and implement best practices to ensure seamless execution. Collaboration across departments is essential to secure approvals and align initiatives, while flexibility is required to support events that may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
