Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

This role performs advanced compliance duties included, but not limited to addressing complaints, coordinating effective communication, managing compliance activities from start to finish in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position receives patient complaints and coordinates compliance efforts related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.

Certification Note: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or eligible within 1 year.
