The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the detailed review, design, development, and implementation of financial and accounting systems—including both manual workflows and computerized applications. This role ensures accurate systems documentation, standardized procedures, and clear user instructions. Success in this position requires strong accounting knowledge paired with the ability to collaborate closely with finance professionals to ensure systems function reliably and support organizational goals.
The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of the organization’s financial systems. In addition, this role requires demonstrated working knowledge of the financial systems discipline and a commitment to expanding technical and operational expertise over time. The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst will perform a wide range of assignments by following organizational guidelines, policies, and best practices. This individual will independently analyze and resolve routine issues while seeking guidance on more complex or unfamiliar problems. Moderate direction from senior team members is expected, with opportunities to broaden skills, deepen systems understanding, and enhance customer-focused service delivery.

Sr. Financial Systems Analyst
- Contract modeling/quantitative analysis, Managed Care contract negotiation, and network provider relations.
- Must be advanced in Excel functions and formulas
- IT budget experience
- Accruals, Capital/Operating expenses, MTD/YTD actual/budget spend reporting experience
