Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Educator to support our Sterile Processing Teams at Baptist Jacksonville. This Sterile Processing Educator position will be a Full-time position.
As a Certified Sterile Processing Educator, your responsibilities include:
Reports to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, in collaboration with Sterile Processing leadership
Responsible for designing, planning, and managing education programs, competency assessments, training coordination for the Sterile Processing departments across the Baptist Health System
Ensures all initiatives are in alignment with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards
Acts as a resource for all educational efforts related to sterile processing

- Over 5 years Surgical Technologist Experience Required
- 1-2 years Supervisory Experience Required
