Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Specialist to support our Surgical Services Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a Full-time Days position, 40 hours a week.
As a Sterile Processing Specialist, your responsibilities and qualifications will include:
- Overseeing accurate tracking and inventory of surgical instruments using the instrument tracking system
- Ensuring optimization and proper use of tracking technology for efficient asset management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date count sheets for all surgical instrument trays
- Collaborating with Surgical Services and Sterile Processing leadership to improve workflow and system use
- Supporting data integrity and system accuracy to ensure safe and timely surgical procedures
