Stroke Clinic Nurse Coordinator – Stroke Clinic - Baptist Neurology Department (Baptist Jacksonville – Downtown Campus)
We are currently seeking a dedicated Stroke Clinic Nurse Coordinator to join our Neurology team at Baptist Jacksonville. What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a people-focused, multitask-savvy RN who understands the vital role nursing plays in shaping a patient's experience. The ideal candidate is both clinical and compassionate, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to coordinate care and ensure patient needs are met.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate.
  • Include patients and their families in developing individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on their condition and care instructions.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and a resource for the interventional radiologists.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Master's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • One-Two Years Critical Care Experience Preferred

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
