Supply Coordinator, Baptist Jacksonville

Job Summary

Baptist Health is currently looking to add Supply Coordinator to our team. This is a Full-time Days opportunity.

In this position, you will work throughout our Baptist entities, beginning at our downtown hospital. You will be working independently to scan products and assign item numbers in order to assist in implementing our new auto replenishment system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth go-live for the program.

As a Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Ordering equipment and supplies and maintaining adequate inventory for all of Surgical Services.
• Scanning products and making sure they are in the system and they have item numbers.
• Cleaning up our systems in preparation for our auto-replenishment system to go live
• Patient charges, researching and following up on device recalls.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
