Job Summary

This position will serve as the emotional health and well-being resource for Baptist team members and spouses who engage in Employee Wellness services and play an essential role in the interdisciplinary approach. Work with designated departments and Employee Wellness team to design and facilitate individual and group level interventions related to stress management, burnout, weight management, and selected chronic condition interventions. Serves as a professional liaison between the Baptist Health departments who offer health and well-being resources and the Baptist Team Member Wellness Program, Healthy For Life.

• Over 5 years Experience designing wellness and health promotion programs Required
• Over 5 years Experience with evaluating wellness and health promotion programs Required
• Over 5 years Experience implementing wellness and health promotion programs Required

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
