Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking for a Teleneurology Coordinator to join our team at Southbank Plaza. The TeleNeurology Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the Stroke and TeleStroke Program. Reporting to the Stroke and Telestroke Program Director, the coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of telehealth services, facilitating external partnerships, and ensuring smooth workflows for both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Teleneurology Coordinator, you will:

  • TeleStroke Program Management: Coordinate all aspects of the TeleStroke program, including managing external provider payments and submitting monthly vouchers for provider invoices.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage volume and quality reports for external partners, alongside internal reports to track performance and program success.

  • Schedule Coordination: Maintain and update TeleStroke provider schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external clients.

  • External Partner Management: Develop and sustain partnerships with external TeleStroke clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications and inquiries.

  • Site Visits & Relationship Building: Plan and facilitate external partner site visits and touchpoints to strengthen relationships and drive program success.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of TeleStroke provider equipment, such as XPS devices, keyboard cases, and phones, to ensure reliable and efficient service.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Stroke/TeleStroke program meetings, ensuring effective communication across all involved teams.

  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert on TeleStroke software and hardware, developing workflows to optimize provider, team member, and patient experiences.

  • Training & Education: Provide ongoing education to providers, team members, and hospital staff on TeleStroke hardware, software devices, and any workflow changes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with Medical Directors, Program Coordinators, and clients to enhance communication and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing TeleStroke-related educational and fundraising events to raise awareness and support the program.

  • Materials Creation: Create PowerPoints, educational materials, and hot sheets for TeleStroke program communication and internal training.

  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a liaison between various departments within the health system to improve communication and process alignment.

  • Downtime Communication: Manage all downtime communication related to various workflows, including ACC, Teladoc, and PerfectServe, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
