Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to our Ultrasound Department at Baptist Medical Center in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. A Vascular Ultrasound Technologist uses non-invasive ultrasound techniques to image blood vessels, helping doctors diagnose and treat conditions like blockages, aneurysms, and other vascular problems. You will work with advanced imaging technology in a supportive, patient-focused environment. This is a PRN, day shift position.

As a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
• Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments, and maintains a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

• 1-2 years Experience working in a hospital setting
• Ultrasound Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience with vascular ultrasound

License and Certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Required
• Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) Required
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) Required Or
• Licensed Vascular Technologist Required Or
• Licensed Sonographer Required Or
