Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville welcomes new board member, Rosa Beckett

The Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Board of Directors is pleased to announce the addition of Rosa Beckett, chief administrative officer for the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA).

She has served in several executive-level roles with responsibilities for aviation marketing, air service development, aeronautical and non-aeronautical airport land development, human resources and special projects.

“We are extremely pleased to have Rosa Beckett join our board of directors,” said Michael Mayo, FACHE, hospital president at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. “Her extensive and diverse leadership experience with JAA, combined with her steadfast investment in the Jacksonville community make her the perfect fit.”

Beckett is the senior leader responsible for JAA’s Human Resources, Procurement and Information Technology and has been with the JAA since 2001. JAA is system of airports including Jacksonville International Airport, Cecil Airport, Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport and Herlong Recreational Airport.

She earned a Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Human Resources Management degree from the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business. She is an accredited ACI-ICAO International Airport Professional and AAAE Certified Member.
