Advanced Practice Providers

Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) are an important part of the Baptist Health team and help us increase timely access to care.

You'll see these advanced practice providers caring for patients in a variety of medical specialties at doctor's offices, hospitals, outpatient centers and emergency rooms. They have advanced medical education and work closely with physicians to diagnose and treat patients, and even prescribe medication.

About Me

My approach to care focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child’s individual needs. I believe building strong partnerships with parents is essential to helping children thrive, and I strive to create an environment where children feel comfortable and families feel heard and supported. One of the things I love most about pediatrics is the joy children bring to each day through their curiosity, humor and unique personalities. I especially enjoy educating parents about their children’s health and empowering them to make informed decisions with confidence. I believe we have a valuable opportunity to positively influence children’s health early in life by establishing healthy habits that can support their well-being into adulthood.

Originally from South Carolina, I now call Ponte Vedra, Florida, home, where I live with my two daughters who keep life busy, fun and full of laughter. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, writing, caring for my plants, listening to podcasts and spending time outdoors with my family. I especially love hiking and camping. I am passionate about serving families throughout the Jacksonville community and helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
