The staff is so very very kind. My father was put in hospice the day before my appointment and I had to leave town suddenly. I called to see if appt could be teleDoc as it was weighing heavy on me my blood test results. In minutes I heard it would be no problem. Cherri, PA Hematology, was so incredibly gracious when she called to discuss my results. We had a few hiccups in connection but she was patient and quickly readjusted to where we had contact. My Father did pass the next morning so I thank you for the flexibility and taking away one more burden I had on my shoulders. Your whole team from receptionist, lab to Physicians are a Godsend ??????

Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and efficient and professional. They made me feel important as a individual. The phlebotomist was super good and I felt no pain whatsoever. I was so pleased. The nurse with whom I interacted in Dr. Gorak's Office, Diane, was very nice and seemed very concerned for my health. I was extremely happy to see Cheri Rossini, Dr. Gorak's P.A., again. She makes me feel like a friend as well as a professional who knows exactly what she is doing and what I am going through. I look forward to seeing her next time.

From the people that are in the lobby with the COVID tablets to the doctors, nurses and everyone in-between, I was treated with care and a very high level of professionalism. I was there for a simple anaemia issue but my father has been a patient there for cancer treatment and knowing that this is the level of care he has received means everything to me. MY PROVIDER, MS. ROSMINI IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING! SHE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY! MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER'S FACILITIES ARE BRIGHT, CLEAN AND GIVE YOU THE FEELING OF BEING IN A FIRST CLASS FACILITY. ALL STAFF THAT I DEALT WITH EVERYTIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT MD ANDERSON WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. A GREAT PLACE! BY THE WAY, THEY HAVE GREAT COFFEE IN THE CAFE!

I like the ease and ability to get my PET Scans, labs and appointments with various MD Anderson physicians under one roof. It is also very convenient having parking in the same building and not to have to brave the elements that occurs in Florida.
