Follow ups need more attention. I just had some bloodwork done and saw the results on Baptist site which means nothing to me really but next appointment isnt for 6 months. also just got the x-ray results looked at this visit which were done months ago. Meanwhile Im not getting the care I feel I am needing. Everything is always a referral. I love my doctor but always too busy for any in depth health concerns it seems.

The staff is fantastic! The moment I walk in until the time I leave everyone is caring and friendly. The Lab tech was wonderful and made my blood draw very easy. She is great at her job! My MA really took time to gather history and I didn???t feel rushed. Dan was terrific and really did an outstanding job of listening to my concerns and giving recommendations and guidance.

On checking out there was someone helping with the computer system, I absolutely had no issues with that. Papers for my Medial Leave of Absence were copied, and the originals given to me, while the copies were placed on Dan's desk. I then asked if they would be faxed to the number on the first page and was told they are on Dan's desk. A follow-up appointment was scheduled and the papers for that did not print out right away. So the lady helping with the computer gave the papers to me saying here is the appointment and the details of the office visit. The initial person who was checking me out, making copies, etc., had reached down to eat something, I asked is this all? and was told yes. I just felt that the connection between patient and office folks was lost "somewhere". I felt like I was on my own. I don't need to be held by the hand or led out of the office. There was just a real disconnect and I felt like I was in "limbo". Respectfully, John Beasley

For a couple of years you have been collecting for a visit before I am actually seen. For one I find this insulting, I have never not paid before I left. On top of that there are signs posted in two places in reception on in the waiting room and one inside the office that say payment is due AFTER services are rendered. I have pointed this out numerous times and even spoken to the office manager who said they would fix it. That was at my last visit, which was a year ago, and the sign is still there

Everyone is very nice and helpful at your Kingsley Orange Park office. Only problem is the office is in bad shape and needs updating and a makeover. The chairs in the waiting room have fabric on them from 30 years ago when I first saw Dr. Hinson Stephens. The walls are in desperate need of a paint job. And the rooms have outdated counter tops (purple) and torn chairs & tables. It makes everything look dirty and unsanitary.

I love everything about your office. The staff who answers the phone always gets me in if I have an emergency, the staff and Dr. Dan are awesome. The care is better than anywhere else I have ever been. I would highly recommend your practice, on fact I have to several friends who were looking for a new PCP.

I do not like having to say personal information in the lobby. Im asked my name, address and phone number thru the patient waiting room window. I provide my ID and insurance card at the same time so verifying with other patients present makes me uncomfortable

I had to wait over a hour while Dan meet with a rep. I work too and if I made a homeowner wait over a hour I would be out of business. Also was made to wear a mask and I have been vaccinated, boosted and had the virus, while your staff was walking around without a mask.
