About Me

I have enjoyed living in Jacksonville for over 25 years. I like to spend time outdoors with my kids, trying out new recipes at home, cheering my kids on at soccer and flag football games and going on long walks with my dog.

My philosophy of care is to listen closely to my patients so that we can work together toward better health. Listening helps me understand what each person needs and how I can help. When patients know they’re being heard, it’s easier to build trust and move toward their health goals together. I want every patient to feel involved and empowered in their care. By understanding what matters most to them, we can set clear goals and take steps forward with confidence. My goal is to support each person in living well, with dignity and purpose.
