The last Baptist facility I had gone to for close to 20 years, seemed a bit hostile towards the doctors, extremely politically motivated. This environment seems much calmer and inviting. My interactions have been extremely positive and am anxious to establish a long lasting relationship.

Easy to get an appt. Very good care previously but I will have to insist on seeing the Nurse Practioner or Dr Tamayo on subsequent visits. Jessica listened to me & looked at the area I was concerned with. She did not touch or feel the indurated area which was very alarming to the surgeon I saw the next afternoon. The site was opened & I was hospitalized for IV antibiotics. Luckily, the CT scan did not show extension of the infection. Also, someone from the office left a voice mail for me this morning 9:30am. When I returned the call, Amy couldn???t determine who had placed the call or why. Thx. Vicki

The people there are good people. The Doctor and the PA are good and aggressive. .If something is wrong they get right on it. If I go to MAYO for blood work ,I may have to wait an hour before I get called to have it done. I hVe not experienced this with Dr Tamaya.and his people. They are there to help.. That is what it is all about.

All of the staff I worked with were absolutely amazing. I'm always apprehensive at a new medical office, but everyone made me feel welcomed and at home. They were attentive and thorough in their questions and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Friendly, courteous staff. Dr Tamayo and both of his PAs are absolutely wonderful to work with, whether on an emergency basis through video phone or on a regular office visit. I really feel that I am part of a family when I am with any of them! Thorough evaluation of any problem and alternate methods of treatment are clearly explained and a clear course of action is planned before leaving the office.

NP Reinhardt was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to ask questions and follow up with more questions when necessary to get the facts she needed to understand my condition. And she promptly submitted prescriptions and a full set of interview notes for me to read after our visit. Overall, I was very comfortable with the professional services I received, and I look forward to being treated by her in the future.

Most recently, they were able to promptly see me when I had emergency surgery the next day and needed to get clearance that I was in good condition for my operation. Welcoming and helpful staff, who are available for a phone call the same day. Care provider is attentive, knowledgable and caring. Prescriptions were called into pharmacy same day as office visit. Referral appointments called back quickly. Thank you.
