NP Leighann (?sp) is wonderful. She addressed my dad???s concerns and talked with him. Checking in and out went smoothly too. To improve, I???d love for my dad to be seen in his apartment at the ALF. It???s stressful for me to take time off work for all of his needs. It always seems like another follow up is needed.

I did not visit your office in person but instead called the office to make an appointment for in-home medical services. The office representative handled my call, took my information, and returned the call when the appointment and medical associate would begin in-home support.

I have received top notch, medical care from the AgeWell organization for going on six years. All of their staff members that I have had personal contact with have been highly professional, personable and caring. They are focused and extremely effective in producing above and beyond treatment and results on a consistent basis. Special notice is afforded to Dr. Orman and N.P. Leigh Ann Stachowiak. I am truly blessed to have them and all of the AgeWell team in my corner.

EVERYTHING! The minute we walk through the door we are greeted with smiles from the check in desk. No question asked is a silly one. We have only been involved with Agewell since May and we have been met with an amazing staff. The portal is a great help getting us to check in early and a place to send messages. Thank you for having a practice dedicated to the older generation all under one roof.

Whether it's my doctor or the nurse practioner each has been very responsive to any health concern I may have. I find it very reassuring that they ask me a battery of pertinent questions to help in their diagnosis. Besides that I was so surprised there was an NP quickly made available to help me the day before yesterday

To date, I have experienced in-home visit and phone call communication. Both experiences were very informative about in-home service availability concerning the limitation of my physical disability, e.g. not able to walk. I will be able to provide additional information as actual Baptist Age Well services are rendered.

AgeWell is incredibly well organized. It all starts there. Dedication. Consistency. They have a mission - and stay focused on those things that contribute to accomplishing those goals. Their commitments are backed up by focused action. Individual consideration for patients is readily observable. At AgeWell there is a spirit of mission in your people and procedures that eclipses the all too typical "going through the motions" attitude found in other medical facilities. Almost anyone can take and record vitals - but few are the ones who go deeper into a patients needs to bring about a touch of healing and renewal, uplifting hope, and a spark of joy in place of despair. Leigh Ann is one of those, Dr. Orman is one of those, and we are so blessed to have them both in our circle of care, and AgeWell is so fortunate to have them and others like her in its employ. Sympathy has its place, but empathy in action makes a difference - and at AgeWell and its extended family of Baptist Medical Center offices - it is well noted and highly appreciated. Thank you!

Current rating is based on my professional experience with Agewell. Although I have always highly recommended Agewell to all of my clients, the current wait time of 3-4 months for a new patient to be seen in the office or placed on the House Calls Program is too long. I have been forced to refer to other in home providers that can actually come within a week or less to meet the immediate needs of our clients. We have had difficulty reaching anyone more often than not due to no one answering the phone after 20 rings and phone issues with an inability to leave messages over the past two years. As for our personal experience with Agewell, I would give Beth Cummings, Ellie, Sherkika, and Leigh Ann a 10+ for their commitment and care for my mother-in-law.

Age Well, especially home care, has been a godsend to our family. Age Well has been my parents??? PCP for the last several years; Mom???s been on home care for a couple of years and Dad just recently started home care. Both the in-office staff and home care staff are very professional, efficient and compassionate. With so many services available in the office and at home, it really helps take some of the work and stress off the patients and their caretakers.

I have had nothing but good care from the team at Agewell. Everyone that I have dealt with has shown compassion and caring. Trying to deal with someone who has an illness that I know will not get better, and everything that goes along with that makes everything seem big. The help I have received from everyone from Dr. Sieglie, Rasharia, Hanna, Dana, Leigh Ann and everyone in your office goes above and beyond in helping us. I truly appreciate everything that you do for my husband and me. It seems like in today's environment it's more the norm to have to make many phone calls to accomplish one thing. That has never happened to me in my dealings with Agewell. We are very grateful.
