Dr Austin is the most knowledgeable dedicated cardiologist that I have ever seen, and I've seen cardiologists from Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, and Northwestern in Chicago. He told me more about my condition in 20 minutes than all prior Drs did in almost three years.

Everybody was professional, polite and personable. I was kept informed and up to dat from start to finish. No surprises.I even got in some football talk with Dr. Austin.My procedure went smoothly and I am on the mend! The nurses and staff were all great! Dave the nurse was cool to talk to. A fellow wrestler and overall kmowledgable guy.

The facility and the whole staff was wonderful, all I hate was when I woke up I didn't remember anything, the last thing I remember was Assisting the nurses to put me on the surgery table and that was it, I woke up in another room and surgery was over, I don't recall nothing but other then that everything was great.

When I checked in at the front desk I was immediately taken back to a room and the staff instantly began providing me with medical attention. The staff were courteous and really concerned about my medical issue. They realized I required treatment at the Baptist Heart Hospital and immediately ordered a helicopter for me. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and were with my treatment by all the staff.

I met Dr. Austin for the first time this week. He is my electrophysiologist, and he is amazing! I was extremely nervous about my recent AFib diagnosis and he was excellent at telling me the information straight and informing me of my options. The new ring for cardio and electo cardio was wonderful. My daughter and I could be with my husband before and after surgery with the doors shut. Tv available for us to watch when waiting.
