    Dr Crawford and her staff are world-class, from the person who greets you to the person who sets the next appointment and wishes you a wonderful day as you go out the door. Visits are on time and done thoroughly. Teo times Dr Crawford caught potentially life-threatening conditions that no other doctors I see during the year caught. I am so thankful she was recommended yo me by another patient. It is definitely worth the 1 hour drive to see her.

    The office assistance at the front desk is very good .... I asked about why they don't take my co-pay and they spent time to find out the answer. As I understand it from them, they do not take payments at the office, apparently there's no billing nor payments taken after being seen by the doctor. I honestly don't understand that, I like to pay as I go and I know what my co-payment is. The reason I asked them is because last year there was quite a mis-communication with my trying to pay my bill. I could not understand what was going on there. Let's see how this year works out with just trying to keep my bills up to date and not having to call, write a billing company, etc. all about a co-payment that I owe. I've seen many doctors through the years and have always paid my bill after being seen. In fact, many doctors nowadays want a payment up front, which I don't believe in either ... once seen by a doctor, then I pay the bill. Perhaps in the future, you'll make things easier (or your 3rd party billing company will) because to me it seems somewhat frustrating for the patient.

    Dr. Crawford is interested in helping me! She listens and hears my concerns. And together we add or subtract from my care plan! She never seems hurried and gives me the time I need. Plus, she is well educated and on top of her game! She???s the best!

    I arrived when I was expected to and waited for an hour. I heard the same outdated medical advice that I have heard before. It is 2024. I am disappointed. To make it worse, Baptist doesn???t even bother to verify insurance coverage and expects patients to pay for tests out of pocket. The people on the phone tell me ???it???s not their job to verify benefits??? and pass the buck to another department. I am truly shocked and frustrated with the runaround.

    The nurse was rude. As soon as I was taken back to a room, she sternly asked why I was there and not at my obgyn because it was obvious I was perimenopausal. I waited a long time for the doctor and once she was there I continued to feel like my symptoms were being dismissed. I was sent to the lab where I was told they did not accept my 2 insurances because the lab was not affiliated with the hospital and I would have to pay out of pocket. I left and will not be returning. I will seek medical advice elsewhere.

    I started coming to Bapt Endo after HAVING to use UF/Shands. I had higher standards for Bapt and on multiple occasions I have been disappointed, not just ENDO. My experience with Endo started during my first appt and continued, I wont go into details here because it includes my private medical info. I have explained those issues with the office manager. During a conversation with the mgr I asked to meet with a different dr in this practice and was told that all the dr's there are all on the same page and that I should go to a different practice. I told both the Dr and the PA that my main goal is to get my diabetes into remission and that I'm very close, but need help, then I asked how they could help with that but did not receive any assistance. I asked if Bapt has a diabeates remission program and was told no. I'm astonished that Bapt doesnt have a program to help patients that are committed to getting their diabetes into remission. Why dont you have a program? You have Cardiac Rehab, diabetes is equally as devastating to ones health as heart disease!! This is not a rhetorical question, why dont you have a diabetes remission program? I would like a real answer! Please contact me asap. If you want additional details about why I'm unhappy with your Endo dept I will share that with you, but not in a survey. Thank you.

    I went for a thyroid biopsy and Dr. Crawford mentioned that it had been set up by Matt Swiatowicz although the node had not grown. This was in front of my husband and the nurse. I felt she is also pushing me to have Prolia although I want an alternative.

    Dr. Crawford is one of the few doctors in the Baptist organization that listened to my complaints and tried to diagnose my issue. She asked all sorts of questions, that I thought were not relevant but she was doing all she could to figure out the puzzle of my complaint. She ordered a lot of lab tests to really hone in on the source of the problem. I knew she had listened to me when I read my after visit summary and all of the things we discussed were accurately documented.

    Dr. Crawford was forthright and determined in listening and helping me with my needs. I???ve struggled for 15 years to get answers and within 2 meetings I???ve gotten more validation than I???ve ever had from a doctor.     Real time notifications would be great. I drive to the office only to find out they are running up to an hour behind. I then sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes before I was offered the ability to do a virtual appointment. You could've done all of that if I had been notified 30 minutes to an hour before my appointment. This would've saved me time, trouble and money. Instead, you wasted all of those things. Hopefully, this feedback won't also be a waste of my time, but will instead be used to enhance customer service.

    Everyone was so nice and helpful. The waiting room was spacious and nicely decorated. The exam room was also nice. Dr. Crawford took her time with me and listened to everything I said. Dr. Crawford also recommended a new primary care doctor because my doctor is leaving. I will get the recommended testing but I went to get the supplies at Quest and had a very difficult time getting the supplies. And no directions were given for the urine test. I wish I could have gotten the supplies at the office.

    I have a lot of issues going on and Dr Crawford went above and beyond for my first visit (the nurse had to interrupt because we ran over too long and call her out of the room). I understand and am very thankful for the time we had. Hopefully the test she ordered will get us on a right path.

    Dr.Crawford she's so nice and shows she truly cares about her patients! Not to cut down the person or make them feel bad. I like her staff too they were really kind. The gentleman at the front desk was really kind when he greeted me I can appreciate that considering My last endocrinologist office staff was a little out of it and the nurse Tammy was PURELY A NIGHTMARE at northeast endocrin!! And no comparison to Dr.Crawford she's compassionate about her job!

    My appointment this time was with Dr. Crawford. She is very attentive and helpful. She takes the time to listen and gives valuable feedback. It does take longer to get appointments with her. My concern with this office is the Nurse Practitioner Tabitha Oravetz. I would never recommend her for any patient. I had Tabitha for my follow up appointment after thyroid surgery earlier this year because Dr. Crawford was booked out too far. Tabitha never asked any follow up questions from the surgery. She also held her hand up to me to stop me from talking within the first five minutes of the appointment when I expressed some concerns about ongoing symptoms. She said,??? I know this is not nice but I don???t need to hear any of this.??? There was no opportunity for me to talk and be listened to. I was shut down on every concern. This is the first survey I have received from Dr. Crawford???s office so I was not able to share that experience until now.

    kThe staff keeps appointment on time. They are professional and always kind. Dr. Crawford is the best. She literally saved my life when she ordered an ultrasound of my thyroid where it was discovered I had three one large tumors, the biggest of which was suspected to be cancer by my surgeon. Fortunately, it turned out to be benign, but timing is everything. Thanks, Dr. Crawford. She has been a big supported of my weight loss journey from 346 to 219 today, and I am not done. So glad another friend recommended her and her team.

    I like that they do not get frustrated with the insurance company and medicine trial and error out on me. I know as the patient it is extremely frustrating and difficult that the doctor will prescribe medication for me and my insurance will fill the first dosage and then send a letter stating that the medicine is in fact not covered and it makes me want to scream so I can not imagine how many others this has happened to and yet this staff handles it all with a smile and reassurance to me.

    The doctor (Crawford) is very good and very similar to Dr Salomone. She is very nice spends the time needed to evaluate your needs and acts on them. She always checks my feet other endo's don't always do this. She also checked my heart and lungs with her stestescope again somthing other endo's don't do. Don't lose her to.

    I had the most positive doctor???s office experience with Dr. Crawford. She took the time to really listen to me, closely analyzed my medical history, and suggested new steps we could take toward a diagnosis.     Dr. Crawford took the time to listen to my concerns and not just blow me off. She was very caring and concerned about my health. I had a list of concerns and she covered each one without rushing me out of the exam room. I left there feeling very confident that I had made the right choice in selecting Dr. Crawford as my doctor. There is nothing like knowing that your doctor is actually listening and taking everything into consideration before scheduling test and prescribing medication. It was a long wait for a new patient appointment but well worth it!! The office staff is amazing very professional and kind.
