Staff are professional and helpful. Appointments are on time. Dr. Arcon is an excellent doctor. She is a good listener and is very thorough in terms of routine examinations. She does a great job of explaining lab results and making recommendations. She also follows through in ensuring that routine prolia injections are scheduled and approved. I feel very fortunate in having found this practice.

It???s so hard to call the office and get a real person. I end up with the person making appointments for help. But then have to be transferred. Also, there???s a LOT of unwelcoming signs in the lobby???.???Do not open window??? (like five of them) ???payment due??? ???we don???t tolerate aggressive behavior??? etc. there are probably 10+ signs???.none are welcoming.

The doctor is nice and competent but it is the worst managed staff I have ever encountered. They have overbilled me by thousands of dollars twice and it has taken a huge amount of time to straighten it out. They never apologized and I fear it will happen again. This week the doctor confirmed that I needed a bone density scan at a particular location. No place else would work. She assured me that her staff would contact the proper facility for scheduling. The next day I was contacted by the wrong facility due to office error. Nobody I know should be subjected to such utter incompetence.I am not sure I will stay with this practice.

I love my doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am grateful to have her expertise to guide me in my current medical journey. I do not like the phone system and the long wait times only to find out I selected the wrong option, or the person who answers cannot redirect me or give me the information I need. I recently made several calls for assistance and the experience is not the same as a year or more ago. Last Wednesday afternoon 11/8, I held waiting over 45 minutes for my call to be answered and not get answered. There is no way to get in touch with the office directly to get questions answered. Now I am just the next call to get to that stumps the person who answers in a call center, who cannot help me. This is not a good way to do business. The personal touch is gone.

My physician, Dr. Arcon, is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She actually listens to me, something that is lacking in many doctor's offices today, especially when you reach the Medicare years. She answers any questions I might have and in a way I can understand. Her staff is always pleasant, welcoming and professional. It is a very efficiently run office, with very little wait time, another rarity in this day and age.

I provided honest answers to your questions however, your response questioned my integrity. 2) The nurse who took my A1C showed disrespect for my request to use the restroom prior to her providing treatment. Communication and instructions prior to my appointment were excellent. In addition, when I went for my appointment, everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. I was really impressed by the level of service and caring I received. Going for medical appointments is not exactly my favorite thing to do, as I tend to feel very anxious in medical settings. The nurses and staff I dealt with at the Infusion Center put me at ease and got me in and out very efficiently. They could not have been better.
