    I like the friendly ladies that greet me. Dr. Dimitrov has been my doctor for 30+ years. He???s very knowledgeable, engaging, answers my questions, and explains the lab results so I can understand. The check out ladies also are friendly. Bottom line: the office is a friendly place.

    I had to wait 45 minutes before I saw Dr. Dimitrov just to spend maybe 10 minutes with him. I know he is busy but 45 minutes is kind of ridiculous. May time is worth something too.

    Dr Dimitrov listens to his patients and allows them to participate in their care. He is the best doctor I have ever had. I truly appreciate him. My only complaint is that every time I go in I have to fill out paperwork after completing online portal questions. Can these be combined?

    Office staff is appropriately friendly and efficient. Portal system remains HORRIBLE. How to get a message to primary care physician? Best way still is to write it and hand carry to office. Messages should be answered by the end of the same day as delivered as the standard. I still have pending messages from 2018 still pending! Recent changes to the portal system are tiny improvements. Still rate the system as Horrible minus now. No excuses for this.

    I appreciate that there is little to no wait for your appointment. If all doctors were as concerned and involved with their patients as Dr. Demitrov, patients would be happier and much healthier. He is always available and responsive when his patients call on the phone. He REALLY listens to you when you are with him for your appointment.     1. Wellness Exam, nurse(Katherine or Kathleen) did not know how to do an EKG. Read the instructions and hooked me up. Then had to find someone ,who corrected it. Same Nurse hurt me twice taking blood pressure, wouldn't stop and do manual. I was on the table for over 15 minutes for an ekg. 2. 7/6 poor check out, took 10 minutes to make new appointments. 3. 7/6 Wellness exam on my husband, same complaint on EKG. 4. A surgery release was faxed to the Surgery Center, Jax Beach for Kevin WeMett. Day of his surgery, they found a missing page, Dr. Diaz, called your office7/26 around 10:30 - 10:45 am. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES. According to Dr. Diaz, they even tried a special line and no one answered. 5. I called and asked that a copy of the fax that Dr. Dimitrov sent to Mayo on my behalf be mailed to me, spoke to Amanda, nothing has been sent to me. I asked her if the fax had been sent, she said "yes", but the next day she indicated that it was just sent. Inaccurate information from the support staff. We like Dr. Dimitrov, but we are very unhappy with the nurse that we had on 7/6 and the inability to reach your office. I held last week trying to reach Amanda for 18 minutes, finally hung up.

    The care providers have all been top notch including the PAs, etc. The office itself is well organized and everyone rows! I occasionally still have issues with getting physician approvals in a timely fashion thought it seems much better than several years ago. I like the lab being co-located and the open workspaces prevent a cramped feeling when in the office.

    In the past month or so I requested an appointment on a Friday morning for myself as I had a positive strep a test from home, I just needed antibiotics called in. All my children had been treated for strep as well and I explained my situation to Randy on the phone and pleaded for a physician or NP to call me back or a telemed visit or anything so I could get abx for pos strep before the weekend. I asked how I could email or text pics of the positive strep test to no avail. I did not a call back on Friday and had to be seen in a local care spot on Saturday, where the PA whom saw me did not even do a strep test because he believed me that it was positive, I had swollen and red tonsils with exudate and clearly positive for strep. I received a call from your office on the following Wednesday from Randy saying he was calling me back to set up an appointment from my request on Friday. I was very disappointed and quite angry and at that point had been on antibiotics for my strep throat for 5 days. I asked for someone to call me back to discuss my dissatisfaction with the care and never heard from anyone. Due to this event, long wait times on phone and in office and long wait to schedule with the physician we plan to change pcp providers in the near future. I am a nurse for Baptist and super sad to offer this review, however I am hopeful it will help to improve future patient care. Thank you.

    It took 26 minutes on hold to make the appointment Dr. Dimitrov's office.. .I needed an EKG for a pre op clearance w/ surgery scheduled for May 3rd I hand carried the operating doctors forms to my primary care physician's office to be completed upon my visit; in the past these forms get lost when faxed over to Dr. Dimitrov's office It was determined the EKG needed to be read by Dr. Galani my heart doctor as something unusual was noted at primary care docorr's office...they said they would send the results over to Gallani's office asap so I could get an appointment prior to my May 3rd surgery date 36 hours later Galani's office hadn't received any request from primary care office. I called Dimitrov's office and was on hold for 16 minutes and gave up. So, I went to Dr. Dimitrov's office to see what happened to the EKG results only to find they were still on the desk of the nurse and hadn't been sent to the heart doctor's office The office situation is "broken" at Dimitov's office and your phone system is not customer friendly when someone tries to call in. Too many corners are being cut at Baptist to reduce overhead expenses. The doctors are fine but I have little confidence in the office staff's ability to do their job effectively.

    I like Dr. Adam Dimitrov very much. My now deceased husband and I were his patients from the beginning and appreciated his personal care, diagnostic abilities and the fact: he listened! Nurse Kerri is wonderfully talented; she is efficient e.g. besides entering all my meds and supplements into the system, she transferred the answers to questions asked so Dr. D didn???t need to type. All that and taking the vitals! The receptionist was kind; the checking out easy. A great visit! And I am receiving PT which I requested!

    Always friendly and welcoming. Makes me feel like they remember me from visit to visit even though I know they really don't. But, it makes me feel good when there are a lot of other things I'd rather be doing than sitting i the doctor's office. Dr Dimitrov is great - he listens, offers real advice and lets me be part of the decision making process for my overall health. I would have to say he is the best doctor I've ever had so I do come back rather than put my visits off.

    We had a difficult time with the response time as well as the demeanor of the respondent. Also, accessibility is difficult. For example, I had an appointment for annual appointment . I assumed that bloodwork would be at the office! It was denied! During Covid, I had to go to the hospital!

    I adore my doctor and trust him enormously! Dr. Dimitrov has been our family physician for many years and, I believe, he is the most compassionate, personable, professional family doc I have ever had. I can't say enough about Dr. Dimitrov. However, recently I was trying to get scheduled for physical therapy and needed a referral. The referral was made and sent in a timely manner. But it was sent to the wrong physical therapy center and it was made for the wrong side of the body. The center couldn't accept the referral and after the 3rd day of my following up on the referral delivery it delayed any appointment I could get and changed my trajectory for my treatment. The office staff is pleasant and doing their best to accommodate their extremely heavy workload. I would, though, expect to hear back from someone with a request for a referral or for any other request instead of my having to follow up and then finding delays. Short staffed? Maybe that could be an issue. This problem is not severe enough for me to make changes nor is it necessarily a pattern. I wanted to bring attention to this so maybe in the future this won't be a problem. Thank-you for listening.
