This facility is only for record keeping. If needed for minor issues or major issues, patient will be referenced to another facility.(dr.) Wishing the health system would allow pcp???s to perform duties other than record keeping.

Been a patient for 2.5 yrs. Dr. Vukich is very thorough in her assessments, treatment plans and explanations. She also considers my preferences and concerns. Unlike other offices, I see the same MD each visit so there is continuity of care. In her absence, there is another MD and a PA or ARNP that can cover for her as needed. Also, the wait period per visit has been reasonable. I am a semi-retired RN and very selective in my choice of physicians. Very satisfied!

I visited this office several times in the last year. I don???t feel any connection to the staff or doctor. Very robotic, give a prescription without telling about the horrific side effects. I only found out after I filled the prescription and paid for it. No follow up appt was recommended. Sent me for several test all normal. That???s it, no follow up. No nothing. I will be looking for another doctor. I was with my former doctor for over 25 years, she retired. I wish I still had her!

Dr. Vukich is a good listener and she is very thorough. She follows up appointments with referrals for specialists, for tests, for bloodwork, etc. She never just prescribes a pill to mask symptoms, as some other doctors I've seen will do.

I was scolded like a little child by both the doctor and one of the assistants because I had not been to the office in over a year, despite the fact that I was out of state for several months. I had also scheduled appointments for when I was in town but the office called me back and cancelled them. The to doctor was also supposed to give me 90 day prescriptions but only gave e 30 days and then proceeds to say she wants to see me in six weeks, two weeks after my medications run out. What kind of care is that? Needless to say, my family and I will not be going back to this office.

This was my first visit to this office. Having been a patient at the Queens Harbor office for many years I was anxious about changing to a new primary and a new office. The Yellow Bluff office staff were great and very helpful. Dr. Vukich is my new primary. She took plenty of time to look over my chart and discuss treatment options with me. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

I was asked to be there 30 minutes before my appt, which I was but then wasn't take back until 15 minutes after my appt would have started and waiting another 30 after the nurse too my vitals. I had questions about my leg, and was just given medicine, but I think its more than what medicine can solve. Was told I have tonsilitis, but not given anything for it. I left with more questions than I had when I came in.

The front office staff at the clinic manager are very helpful, friendly and their customer skills are exceptional. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. However, the Medical assistant was very rude, snappy, short, not helpful at all, unwelcoming since it was my first time visiting a doctor's clinic in Florida. I relocated to Jacksonville, Florida 6 months ago after living in San Mateo, California for 38.5 years. In California I had Kaiser Permanente as my health insurance for 33 years, and I never had anyone treated me rudely. Thanks, Ana M. Quinonez

I was charged the same for a 5 minute virtual call as for a 30 minute OV. My insurance does not give the same discount for outpatient which was filed as for in office. Had I known it was a higher price I would have come into the office. This is something that should be told to your patients in advance. I called your billing department and she just kept saying the level of charge. Trust me I know about billing my job is a medical billing specialist. I was asking could the level be lowered and she just kept insisting I call my insurance. After explaining for the 8th time she agreed to email my Dr. Waiting to hear back from someone

To early to tell, everyone was pleasant. Need a couple of referrals to specialists. The doctor ordered them but haven???t heard a thing so far. Seems like there is a substantial time lapse between initial appointment with pcp and contact about an appointment with specialist.

It was hard to hear the staff (front desk person was nice and easier to hear). I spent more time waiting and less time with the doctor for a checkup on a condition. If I knew it would take 2 hours for a 20 minute official chat/exam, I would???ve rescheduled. I estimated an hour but not 2 hours away from work.

Doctors have become computer technicians. I have been seeing my Dr for almost 20 years. She is amazing. On my last visit (4-27) we were in the exam room about 15-20 minutes. At least 90% of the time she was staring at the computer screen and typing all the information you require. The only time she was actually focused on me was when she was listening to breath sounds with her stethoscope. Let the Dr's do their job and find someone else to transcribe all the data.

I had asked for New Patient paperwork to be emailed to me in advance of my first appointment. I know that there are many lengthy forms, and I wanted to do that work at home, rather than in a rush at the doctor's office. I realized, the night before, that the forms were never emailed to me. This result was that I spent 30-40 minutes completing forms at the office, which delayed my appointment time. Because of that, the doctor had to minimize our time together, and I did not get the physical examination I had scheduled. It was the end of the day on a Friday, and the doctor had personal obligations to attend to. We did cover a great deal in a very short time, but it was quite rushed. I would have been dismayed, but I have a prior professional relationship with the doctor, whom I know to be thorough under normal circumstances. If the forms had been sent ahead of time, this situation would not have happened.

My physician decided to stop a medication without telling me. I went to pick up the prescription to find it wasn???t refilled. When I called the office the nurse said the dr decided not to refill the prescription because of another issue. This was not discussed in my appointment 3 days prior. After asking to speak with dr regarding this situation the nurse rudely said the dr doesn???t speak to patients. I said well changing a medication that I had been taking for 7 years for sleep warranted a conversation. Response no. Then I get a call and a text message regarding an appointment for a sleep specialist. I called the number and they said an appointment had been made for me by my primary care physician. I never made this appointment and this was never discussed with me. Not only that this appointment was made on a day that I never would???ve scheduled as it is a work day. I came to this physician due to swelling in the ankle. It???s been almost 2 years and that???s never been fixed. The nurse is so incredibly rude and the dr is ridiculously inept. I???ve had nonstop referrals and when going to these appointments the other physicians have asked me why I was sent to them. Incompetent . Your physicians need to realize that patients are people and that if they don???t know what they???re doing they should find another career.

Make sure when a person who is ill can see a physician that day!! I was told the new practice was that if the PCP was in the office and booked with patients that day we could not see another physician that was in the office and available for patients. My husband was very ill and a visit to the PCP would have made the difference in an ER visit. I pushed the issue and his PCP over booked to work him in that day Not a good practice. Timely follow up on testing results.

Confusion, impatient with billing and the error was on the office not the patient and serious attitude by the MHA that took me back to room. The person who tried to draw my blood was egotistical and missed 2 times after I told her how to draw my blood. I am a certified phlebotomist and a Nurse of 20 years. The attitudes in the office with the exception of the lady that checked me out, was embarrassing to your office. If it weren???t for my provider, I would be looking to change offices.

The triage nurse was extremely rude and did not seem like she even wanted to see me. From the moment she called my name while I sat in the waiting room, she did not look at me, engage in any type of care or concern for me. She was completely disengaged from the patient. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by her. This office has lost the personal attention for their patient.

Everyone is really nice and I like the office. However, getting blood drawn was the most painful experience I have had compared to past blood draws, especially during tube change. I think using a butterfly needle would make it a less painful experience. I know I dread getting blood drawn again ?üò¨. I also wonder if my prescriptions were sent because there are two I have not gotten yet.

I love the staff. They are so nice and attentive to my needs. My doctor Dr. Vukich is so nice and compassion about her job. She takes time to hear about my condition and help anyway she can. The office is so clean and they go by the CDC rules.

Dr. Vukich is amazing. Problem of concern with persons working lab. Skill set for lab orders and actual blood draws not efficient or effective. Saw one elderly man leave after multiple Unsuccessful attempts to get blood. Saw two other younger adults with multiple bandages. My lab order was not completed after two sticks. Still unclear which tests were done and which were not. Office should not provide onsite lab draws if not properly skilled.

I’ve gone here since I was 15/16. As each year goes by, things get worse. Prices keep increasing and as a college student with no insurance, it’s becoming too much. My doctor makes me wait for an hour just to refill my prescriptions. My last appointment was at 11:45 and she didn’t come in until nearly 1. This isn’t just from delayed waiting due to COVID-19, it’s like this EVERY time. I go there to refill my medicines and despite not taking any controlled substances, I still have to go every 2-3 months. The staff is often not very nice.

I drive 55 minutes one way to visit Dr. Vukich for 6 years now. I would recommend her to anyone. The office is clean with friendly staff. The only thing I have ever experienced poorly at this office is wait times. However, if Dr. Vukich was not thorough with her patients to understand their entire medical history and problems she would not be the excellent physician she is. I am grateful to have found this physician years ago and thankful to have her help me manage my health.

Every time I come into the office, the wait time is at least 1 hour. It is very frustrating to take time off work early to ensure I am on time for my appointment, and having to wait so long. I understand that appointments go over and the Physicians are trying to see as many patients as possible, but it is still frustrating. Maybe bringing in some mid-levels could help alleviate the wait times and allow patients who are there for quick appointments to be able to be in and out of the office with a shorter wait time. I have even waited up to 2 hours to see Dr. Vukich. I have talked to other people who see Baptist PCPs and none of them seem to have the same issue. I also never have this issue with any other Specialist that I see. Something needs to be done at the YellowBluff location to improve patient satisfaction when it comes to wait times.
