Upon arrival for my annual physical, I was seen right away without delay. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Sastre is very knowledgeable and thorough. He listens carefully and suggests extremely helpful tests and screening in order to stay ahead of my medical needs. And at any time during the year, he responds promptly to my questions and available to discuss issues as they arise. I highly recommend Baptist Primary Care and Dr. Sastre.

The staff is amazing. They are always professional and make you sure that have everything you need to make you meeting go smoothly with Doctor. My Doctor is outstanding. He always and I mean always takes his time to make sure I understand all my test results, or diagnosis. They never make me feel rushed or they alway address my concern's. The one thing I am very happy about and very grateful for is having Dr. A Sastre as my Physician. I have never met any Doctor who is so thorough, considerate, compassionate and as professional as he is. He has never rushed me through any of my visits, takes time to review everything, answer all questions and tells me what I need to do for better and improved health. He also tells me where my CBC (Complete Blood Count) numbers are great and where I need to do better and what I can do to make it better. I have recommended my family members to see him when they ask me and they come back and tell me how happy they are seeing him for their medical needs. The office staff is efficient and very helpful. The Doctor is ready to see you at short notice and makes sure he reaches out to you on the same day if you call his office and leave a message for him. Over the years there has been a time when I felt taking some medicine for a little longer may help me more but his assessment and recommendations have always proved to be the better option for me. He CARES MORE FOR HIS PATIENTS than anything else. This is what makes Dr Sastre's service Priceless.

Dr. Sastre. He was our doctor several years ago ay Mayo Clinic. When he graduated we lost track of him. When we found him in the Baptist system we immediately made appointments to see him and he has become our primary care doctor again. He is very thorough and really knows his facts about prescription drugs. He has always taken the time to listen explain everything to us and we never feel rushed through our office visits.

The entire staff is caring and professional. The office Manager, Emily, is absolutely AMAZING! She could hide in her office if she wanted to, but she doesn't. She steps in where needed (like a true leader) and genuinely cares about the well-being of the patients. Also, Dr. Sastre is one of the most compassionate, thorough physicians I have ever dealt with. He never rushes through visits, and always takes the time to listen. He is also the "eternal student", and remains up to date on the latest best practices in patient care. There is zero arrogance with him. He genuinely wants to partner with his patients in their healthcare journey. For me, that is HUGE! Overall, a truly world-class team!

The front and back offices were clean and organized. The staff appeared to care about me. I have been a patient of Dr Sastre for over 10 years. He has always demonstrated exceptional knowledge and is an outstanding listener. An example of going above and beyond happened last week. I was experiencing intense nerve pain & was told to come to the office at 4:30. Dr. Sastre and Emily stayed late and he analyzed my condition. I can???t thank them enough. If only other doctors took the time and concern for their patients, we would all be a lot healthier.

I like the convenience of the location as it is only five minutes from my home. I like the staff, but I especially like Dr. Sastri, who has been my primary care physician for nearly eight years. He spends time with me, reviewing test results, making recommendations, offering helpful advice. I have great respect and admiration for him, his dedication to his patients and the time he takes to understand medical issues. I am thankful to have found such a caring and dedicated doctor. Dr.Sastre is clearly the most caring and companionate family physician I have ever experienced in my 75 years on this earth. He listens and spends more time with me as he carefully explains tests and treatments during each visit , regardless of time it takes as opposed to the historic 10 minute ???summaries ??? I have had with other physicians in the past . And the coordination between all my Baptist South physicians is enhanced by the detailed reports contained in my Patient Portal. Peace of mind is what I receive with Dr. Sastre and his team , and it doesn???t get any better than that .

Dr. Sastre always is courteous, professional, and makes me feel like I am his only patient while I am there. He explains everything in as much detail as I want without talking over my head. I hope to keep him as my PCP for a long, long time. The office staff is courteous. I am aware that these folks often have a lot of varied duties to perform, sometimes under time stress, and frequently go unnoticed unless and until they make a mistake. The staff in this office is very good. Dr. Sastre's assistant, whose name escapes me at this time, has always been competent and pleasant to deal with.

Adriana is very friendly and doesn't make it seem like I'm a bother to her. Some staff can tend to act as though I'm interrupting their day. Her and Dr. Sastre have a great bedside manner and are very caring. They make me feel like I am important to their practice.

My favorite Dr is Dr Sastre !!! He listens to you and explains your tests and compares it to your past tests. He honestly is concerned about your health. Dr. Aristides Sastre is an excellent physician. He is extremely well informed and up to date on research. As a new patient, I appreciated that Dr. Sastre carefully explained my medical reports and past films during my initial visit. I trust him and believe I have found one of the best physicians in the Baptist Health system. The staff is competent, friendly and helpful. It is clear there is a lot of respect between staff and physician. The facility is very clean.
