When I want to talk to the office for something, I get a call service, who says they will send a message over and I never hear back whatsoever. Also when my Pharmacy calls to get refills they never hear back from the office. I have to call. The appointment for regular visits are also a long wait

Had to wait almost two hours when I came to see Dr Orallo even when I checked in at home though the portal if it is a problem to see the Doctor I think the front desk should tell the person and not get an attitude and not be critical love the Doctor but front desk needs improvement quickly.

I believe scheduling needs major improvement! Arriving early for a 10:45 am appointment, then waiting extremely long time in the waiting room, then again in the exam room until Dr. Orallo came in at 12:00. We were done with my doctor visit at 12:45. He is very thorough, professional and likable, and I don???t mind spending 45 minutes with him discussing and caring for my well being. I???ve been a patient of his for many years. However, excessive time spent waiting to be seen, I believe is unacceptable and very inconsiderate of your Baptist Health patients. I completed my pre-check online, arrived on time, but then 2+ hours afterward was late for another appointment. Please improve your scheduling system to accommodate reasonable waiting time and the doctor visit. Thank you for allowing me state my concern.

Dr. Orallo is my doctor. I have been his patient since about 1998. He always takes time to listen to you if you are having a problem or concern about your health. I had my annual Medicare wellness exam with Dr. Orallo on 03/20/2023. I reviewed the notes on My Baptist Chart and discovered that the documentation of the visit is inaccurate and some is fabricated. This is not the first time that my visits have been documented inaccurately by this physician. I feel that I have been cheated out of my annual wellness exam as I am only entitled to one per year. I want my medical record corrected before I switch to a different PCP. Please don't misunderstand me, I like Dr. Orallo as a person, and he was a good physician for many of the years that he has been my PCP. However, this is no longer the case. It is imperative that my medical record (as well as every one else's) be true and correct if I am to receive safe and necessary care from my other providers. Karen J. I called for advice and the person I talked to said wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. No one ever called me back. I called back this time I made an appointment and asked if someone could at least call me to talk to me before that( 1 week) and the person said she would send it as urgent and still no one called.

I was able to call that morning and get an appointment asap! The visit was virtually due to my positive covid screen. My doctor knows my health very well and was able to put me on a regimen, where 5 days later I am back to myself. I just appreciate my doctor knowing me very well and taking the time to not only mention the issue had hand, but my other concerns.

I love the doctor and the convenience of the office to my home. I do not like the fact that the last two times I have been forgotten and have sat in the waiting room for over an hour for my appointment. I???m in my 70???s and I had to take my brother to his primary care doctors appointment, what I noticed at their office is just a joke, if they had on a mask at all, it was not worn properly. But a Baptist Primary Care on Dunn, they wear their mask and the receptionist was constantly cleaning after each appointment. I felt safe and my doctor is being so careful which makes me at ease. I appreciate their effort in making a safe environment. My doctor is excellent, everything is convenient, so who wouldn???t want to be a patient there.

I was to have two Rx called in after a virtual appointment for having a migraine for two days. Only one was called in and there weren’t even any notes in my record as to the second. The very nice after hours lady, I believe she said her name was Lena, went above and beyond to try to help me out. She was able to get a hold of the on-call doctor who prescribed the Rx even though there weren’t any notes. I never received a call from the office the next day and had to follow up myself to correct the mistake.

The staff is very courteous, the office is clean. There have been times, when it has been, but very seldom are your wait times long. I have been a patient gor over 20 years..Dr. Orallo has been a blessing to me! I could not ask for a better Dr. He genuinely cares about me not only as a patient, but also as a person.
