Spend more time with the patient. At times it feels rushed. Get the larger chairs in the waiting area. Today's society is wiser. Hospitals have those double length sized seats but still there's enough for everyone.

It???s conveniently located and is close to the ER where we have our bloodwork done. It also provides for virtual appointments when coming in is not feasible. The doctors are efficient and are personable. I???ve never spent long waiting periods in the office to see the doctor.

It is close to my residence, it always smells clean and the employees always greet you with a smile, are courteous and helpful. I am able to speak with a real person when I call the office. When I relayed my issue, I was given the first available appointment and I was told they would call back to reschedule if there were any cancellations. I was called back the same day and was able to get an appointment within 2 days instead of a week later. It made me feel important and it made me smile to know they cared enough about me and my concerns to give me the opportunity to come in sooner. Thank you.

Giving a patient a hard time because was unaware had to come in office personally to get refill RX. Has my appointment & I was treated rudely by the assistant & truly felt discriminated against. Dr. Came in had my 2 minute appointment and she told me when I needed my next appointment. Thank you. Received email the following afternoon I will no longer be seen because I was rude to assistant. It was not done like that but I???m ok with finding another physician. I need a doctor who cares about patients & does their job.

There is a wait, often after your appointment time, even when you're asked to show up before your appointment time. The nurses feel as if they're just going through the motions, no real care, sometimes not even a smile. I can't tell you how many times my blood pressure had been taken wrong, I've had my weight recorded 100 lbs off once, and the doctor just want to see you for 5 minutes every 30 days feels like milking my insurance.

Do not attempt to help in certain situations. BP 160/110 told just to monitor. No further follow up. No phone calls to ask if further problems. No attempt to make patient an appt. Doctor offices should- in my opinion- make a patient feel like he/she is important. . This was with a male physician for my husband. My appt with my doctor was fine. My appt was w the female physician.

I cannot reach the people in the office I need to talk with. So why do I need to speak to someone in the office? Because, for example, when I checked out from my May 10th after my visit with Dr. Davis, the woman at the front desk setup my next appointment for November. But when I got home and looked at my reminder card, the appointment was mistakenly made to see Dr. Pinder, who is not my doctor. I sent a message through MyChart to have this changed, but as of this morning (05/14 @7:30 am), it has not been changed. This is very frustrating. I also cannot get an appointment that is usually less than four or five weeks out. You need more staff.

The office Manager, Ms. Laura and Ms. Alexis intentionally lied on me. Yes, I had an issue with being billed incorrectly because Ms.Alexis schedule my daughter appointment on the wrong date. My daughter had an infection that needed to be seen for. However I made an appointment for myself and for some reason the person on the line had issues finding me. I asked for HR number, Ms. Alexis called me back and gave me the name of Allison T. When I went in for my appointment I ask to speak with the office manager. I was escorted back to see her ( Nicole). She then preceded to ??? Go off on me telling me what she didn???t appreciate and that Dr. Davis will not provided further care of me or my daughter because I cussed her staff out. I admit being pissed but I never cussed anyone out. I asked her to pull the phone recording to play back and she said there was no phone recording. I went in to see Dr. Davis and I explained my issue and told her that she didn???t have to provide any meds if she wasn???t going to be my provider. She said she could care for me for the next 30 days, but from what she was told by her staff she thinks it???s best she doesn???t continue care. I asked her also to pull the phone record and she said Baptist doesn???t record calls. I don???t care that she no longer wants to be my family provider, but what bothers me is you???re not willing to get proof of the incident and make decisions based on what you were told. I get that???s her staff but they were not being honest and she would rather not be bothered and her staff doesn???t want to accept their responsibility nor wrong doing on their part. I have health insurance and I have options for myself and daughter but if I wasn???t able to then my provider should have gave this isn???t an honest look and make a decision. So for others who may not be able to have options, if Nicole, Alexis or Laura feels the need to LIE !! Dr. Davis would ride with them, I was willing to provide my point that I didn???t cuss anyone out but Dr. Davis wasn???t willing to try and find out who was telling the truth. Makes me wonder why? I don???t have reasons to lie but she wasn???t interested in het patient side of the story only what she was told. Now I???m curious as to why no one wants to track down the phone recording because it will prove I never cussed at anyone. But since theirs no recording it???s my word again those 3. I think the doctor should write more than a 3 month supply for your prescriptions. I should not have to pay an office visit just to get my prescription filled. I also think if the office hours are until 5 or 5:30, the doctor's last appointment should be 4:15 or 4:30.

I have always been very impressed with this particular Baptist Primary Care Center, mainly because they are very fast and efficient. When you enter there is always someone to check you in. Then you go the the back exam rooms that are always clean and fresh, there is someone to check your vitals and ask you a few health questions, within 10-15 minutes there is a doctor that comes to listen to your health issues that brought you to the ER. The doctors are awesome and know exactly what is needed to make you feel at ease. So many times you write these reviews and things change like someone wants to hear what is wrong to make it a better place but with this ER I wouldn't change a thing the staff is excellent, its a quick visit, and I have always left feeling better that when entered, They care and that makes all the difference. Thank you

I really like that the doctor's don't keep you waiting too long. At my previous doctor I always had to wait an hour or more past my appointment time. Since the office hours are the same as my work hours I have to take time off to come there. So I appreciate that you don't waste my time waiting in the lobby.

Dr. Davis is exactly what I needed. I felt like doctors I had seen over the years just did what they felt I needed, I mean nothing negative in that BUT they weren't hearing me. I have a bad heart (quad bypass). I felt like I was just told to lose weight for EVERYTHING. My husband actually went to my doctor and said, I've been with this woman for 20 years and I'm telling you this is not normal! Soon I had a 12 hr cabbage procedure. I don't feel that at all in Dr. Davis. She listens, the first time. That listening ear is everything to me! Oakleaf staff is professional and if I'm promised a call back, it happens.

The doctors listen to you and make you feel comfortable. The nurses are very nice and make you feel relaxed. I chose my doctor because she made a statement that she treats the entire patient, and she does. It takes me about 35 mins to get to her office, but it is worth it because she is such a good doctor for me. She constantly is looking at my labs and makes sure that everything looks how it should.

Dr. Davis and her MA. Nicole.are the kindest team I've ever been treated by. They genuinely remember me when I come in and always make me feel comfortable and not rushed. I want another doctor that care about my health. I was having the same health issues in July and all she did was put me back on the same medications that didn‚Äôt provide relief. I have weakness and pain in my legs because I was able to drive to appointments she wouldn‚Äôt provide a doctor note for me to have days off. She more worry about my leave balance then providing safety for her patient that work in a prison setting. When she filled out my Fmla paperwork she didn‚Äôt give my job detail information which is now making it a hassle for me to get Fmla for physical therapy and pain management. I never seen such confusion with a doctor in my life.. I love the staff tho, very nice and professional.

I came in for my first visit since I just moved here. However, I just had my annual checkup in March at my previous PCP so I technically didn't need any test or labs done. But I needed some forms for school filled out so I made the appointment. During my visit, I also addressed some allergy issues. The doctor literally just refilled my allergy meds, listened to my lungs, my heart, and filled out my forms. My first visit was free but because I addressed other concerns I had to pay a co-pay. I don't have an issue with that if they did other things, but they didn't. All she did was refill my meds, which I could have done by messaging my old provider online. I didn't have to get any labs done because it was already done in March, yet still had to pay because it was considered 2 visits. I just don't see how that makes sense. The doctor was nice, not overly pleasant. She barely smiled and just had a flat affect to her expression. Her nurse was super sweet though, along with the lady at the front right when you walk in. But the lady when you check out wasn't friendly at all. I tried to ask her where the other Baptist location was for my chest x-ray and she just kept pointing across the street. I told her I wasn't from here and just moved here so I don't really know where exactly across the street. Instead of understanding that just because she knows where it's at doesn't mean that someone new in the area does she kept insisting that it was across the street. She wouldn't give me an address, landmarks, or anywhere specific. So I finally just said that's all right I'll find it. She never smiled at all and definitely was not helpful. I don't know if I'd come back to this location. It would have been great if my experience was great because it's so close to my house but customer service is everything to me. The people at the ER/radiology was nice though. We will see if I feel like giving them another chance.

The facility is state of the art and has an amazing staff. Dr. Volk was extremely thorough in her exam of my husband and explanation of procedures. She is a very caring and concerned doctor. The entire staff is profession, competent and gives excellent patient care.

Called and got a new patient appointment within 2 days. Very friendly receptionist and office staff. Dr Davis took her time with us. We didn't feel rushed and we covered all my daughters concerns. Location was perfect as the office is about 7 minutes away. Its great to have a Baptist Primary Care clinic in close proximity to the Baptist ER. Great experience overall. I've referred a friend to your facility.
