I just started coming to this facility been twice and both times the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I been seeing Dr Martin over two years and couldn???t ask for a more knowledgeably doctor.

Important message I left didn't get to my Dr after being told it would. Called back the next day about the prescription I was seeking from the emergency room and she was out for the day. Another doctor called it in for me but there's no excuse for her not getting my message when it was extremely important. I know She won't be happy about it when I tell her at my next appointment. The office needs updating and revamping. It's old looking with and they seem some what disorganized. The restroom on the left is ridiculously out date and needs repair to the sink and it is beyond incredibly small. Very difficult to use due to the size I followed my DR from St Vincent's to your office

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Darby Martin is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to talk with at every appointment. It???s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

Staff was very friendly. Alicia and Kathy went out of their way to help with an issue regarding not accepting my insurance. Result was my doctor was new to the practice and the tax id had not been sent to insurance. took many phone calls and escalation calls, but it was resolved.

Very nice office staff. Quick in and out visit. Dr. Martin was very friendly and thorough. She took her time with me and listened to me. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. This was a visit to get established as a new patient but she still took the time to ask if I had any problems or issues that I wanted to talk with her about. I was very happy with my first visit!

I saw Dr. Martin for the first time this week. She was friendly, attentive and most importantly, she listened. She is the first physician in years that made me feel comfortable and heard. She is an excellent addition to your office. I will add that the lady who checked in out front was extremely friendly and helpful.
