About Me

My husband and I grew up in Utah and have lived throughout the United States during his active duty army career and my medical training. We decided to trade in cold winters for warm beaches and are grateful to be settled in Jacksonville! I enjoy reading, weightlifting, writing, and traveling abroad with my husband.

I chose to become a family medicine physician because I believe that health is holistic. Addressing lifestyle changes relating to sleep, diet, and stress are just as important as using medications and procedures to manage disease. I am intentional about listening to and communicating with my patients so that we can work together to optimize their well-being.

I am passionate about education and developed a love of teaching as a chief resident and faculty physician. My goal is to provide the most up-to-date information and tools that will empower you to take charge of your health.
