From the Doctor:
My wife, two children and I moved from Long Island to North Florida in 2009 and have since felt at home. We have wonderful neighbors and a community that is family friendly and has many opportunities for our children like gymnastics, soccer and art. In our free time, we enjoy walking our dog, bicycling, hiking and going to the beach.
I base my care on prevention and lifestyle changes that can have a lasting effect on health. I believe that understanding the disease process is very important for the patient to actively participate in the treatment; I really like explaining, teaching and counseling my patients. I am a good listener as well.
My family and I enjoy being involved with the community and exploring the outdoors. My wife is a Girl Scout leader and I am an Assistant Scout Master for troop 287, where we engage in service and education programs. I am also involved as an assistant coach in soccer.
