I get an appointment when I request in a timely manner. All the office personnel are professional and thorough. Dr zaiden is wonderful! Wait time is extremely low and doctor respects patient time. My doctor and PA are are so nice and sweet. When I message my doctor with questions about medications and symptoms on MyChart, she responds super fast. She takes all of my concerns seriously and works immediately to help come up with a resolution.

Not rush the check in proces. When on time 15 mins before appointment, I shouldn???t be rushed back to room before all necessary paperwork is completed. It caused confusion and most likely did complete the paperwork correctly. Not appreciated.

Very Close. A nicely selection of MD???s. Dr. Z had obviously done her homework about us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. You are in the Baptist group. I have already referred a friend and her husband! (Goldie and George from Brookdale.) They called on Thursday, but had to leave a message. I hope someone there will work with them. They need a doctor who know much, is kind and heipful!
