Having returned to my home on Long Island this year after 17 years of being a ???snowbird??? I returned to visit family and maintain my connection with Dr. Stephens. Everyone takes the time to answer questions and , as happened on my last visit, Haley set up a Portal for me. Always nice to see the familiar face (even behind a mask!) such as Misty. I???m treated as a human being with a brain as we all are. THANK YOU!

It is a great office. Not much staff turnover so its like old friends. Dr Mike is really great, he listens, he is friendly and knows my history so no need to repeat background info. Very professional office. I drive a long way to have my care at this office and have no plans to change. They are great!!!!

Be more responsive when patients call and need to be seen. However, the staff does send messages and tries their best to get you a response, even if it is via phone or virtual. I understand a new physician will be joining the practice in January, so maybe things will improve.

They treat you with respect,understanding how you feel,helping answer questions,making the visit more like a family environment with professionalism. My mother went there,my family members,my friends, and others I have work with go there. We know we will be taken care of in the best way possible physically & mentally because they truly care! Need more medical offices to be like this one it makes you want to come back and tell others about it. Dr. Stephens has been my primary doctor for many years and I trust him and his office for my best care. I also really like the new stream-lined measures they have put into place. I hardly ever have to wait long for my visit and they keep good records that I can easily get to on MY Chart on the internet. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and if i ever need anything special they are always helpful. They are the best!

If there is a delay, (which there "usually" is), regardless if it (the delay) is "substantial" or "relatively-minor," the senior administrative person OR senior medical person - MUST: A.) Personally and physically ... come into the waiting area B.) Acknowledge the delay ... or the otherwise "issue" or "problem" C.) Offer an explanation as to the reason, reason(s), or issue causing the delay, and then D.) Tell "the folks" WHEN they will be seen ... to the "BEST" of your ability. BOTTOM LINE: Stick-To-The-Schedule~! AND Keep-Us-(The Folks)-Informed~!~! 3.) Directly related to these comments (above), AND also "MOST" Important: We, "The American Public," are generally very-sympathetic AND most-understanding WHEN we are kept informed and knowledgeable of the reason (or reasons) for a delay or related "Disturbance." I've never felt the office procedure seemed up to date. My first primary never took notes and seemed to minimize my numerous conditions and issues. She was a good listener, but I felt I knew more than she did. Then just about 2 years later she up and left with no immediate notice to patients or phone calls, and no further information. When I called for an appointment and found out she was gone, I was shocked. The phone receptionist didn't immediately offer me to make an appointment with the head doctor in the office. I had to ask for one. It was about one month later that I received a letter notifiying me of my doctor's resignation. They just don't seem sharp, I don't quite know how to phrase it. The head Dr. is very nice, takes notes, listens, and refers to notes in the computer at the same time. I feel he knows I'm knowledgeable about my conditions and adds comments about things for me to watch out for. But the issue is general attitude, I just can't say I'm impressed after over 2 years going there. The office is lacking "energy." I am actively looking for another Primary office in Mandarin since we moved 2 months ago. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.

Been trying to get my husbands perscription corrected for almost 2 weeks. Evidently the nurse started on it 2/23/22 but now shes off till monday. The solution offered till its corrected is for me to fill it across town with good rx. Manager was supposed to call me back yesterday and I did not receive a call back. I have called 3 times in the past several days.

There is nothing to NOT like about this place. Office ladies, nurses and doctors are great. Dr. Stephens and Dr. Dan take the time to listen to you. Their nurses are genuinely interested in how you are. The lab nurse is so good I hardly know when she sticks me. The ladies up front are always friendly and professional. I love this place.

I had a tidbia plateau fracture of my leg - broke. When I went in for pt with my broken leg I had to walk a VERY long way through the covered parking lot into the very back of the main bldg . All that way, and I only had 15 minutes of PT and had to walk with a walker all the way back to the parking garage and hard to walk and exhausted. I am very fit too. Noone offered to help me. Every time I had a different PT person and they weren't sure what my therapy was.. I ended up doing PT at home.

I love my doctor, Dr. Michael Stephens. His father was my doctor first, Dr. Hinson Stephens, and when he retired, his son, Dr. Michael Stephens became my doctor. I have been with this practice for over 30 years. They take great care of me. The Staff is very professional and kind. The office manager, Ms. Pat is very swert and knowlegeable. The lady that checks me in and check me out is very friendly and I like my caring nurse who supports Dr. Michael Stephens in my care. They are truly the best. Thanks.

Everyone is very nice, professional and willing to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for making a visit to the Dr a non stressful experience. I was waiting to see the Dr when a patient came in and refused to put a mask on. The ones that took care of the situation did it in a very professional manor, even though that person argued his point for 30 minutes or more. Kudos to them! I understand how difficult some people can be.

Everyone is very thoughtful,kind,so willing to help they all smile easy which makes one feel good or at least better. A smiling face does help when a person isn’t up to par. I also find all the doctors I see to be very efficient, they give you helpful information to help ease your problems and always ask if you have any question you might have prior to leaving the office. Always telling us to call if anything pops up making sure to explain what they think is going on what May occur while under the medication/a letting you know they do care about their patients.
