    The office building is ultra modern, bright, and immaculately clean throughout. The shining stars are the entire medical team, from reception, to triage, to Dr. Nzinga Tafari. Everyone here are consummate professionals who greet you cheerfully and enthusiastically. Patients are escorted through the process with utmost efficiency and care. My highest accolades to the entire team and a special shout out to Dr. Nzinga. I was hoping to find a good Primary Care Manager, and I was blown away by Dr. Nzinga???s superb bedside manner, high energy, and impressive medical skills. Thank you all!

    Nice, new facility. Only had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to establish as a new patient. Everyone I encountered very pleasant. Physician seems to have an excellent ???bedside manner.??? Received follow up contact from a referral within 2 days so I am impressed with efficiency, so far.

    Office staff was respectful of remaining on time for the appointment. Dr. Tafari was absolutely astounding. This was a "first visit" and she had done a wonderful job of reviewing my information prior to entering the exam room. She was thorough, personable, and extremely competent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and have confidence she will guide me to appropriate medical decisions.

    Having me come in for a ???pre???check up is a waste of time and money. People take time off to be seen??? just do a physical. Asking me a handful of questions before a physical and charging me a copay for it, is ridiculous. You could???ve asked me those questions at my physical visit. Staff was nice enough but it was just a waste of time. They didn???t do enough for me to judge the quality of the work yet. I can say the wait was reasonable and there was ample parking.

    I called a week ago explaining how my son goes to school at Flagler and needs someone to administer his allergy shots. I informed them that my son has the serum and the directions. The lady put me on hold and then verified they can offer that service. My son arrives there, pays his copay, then told they will not give him the shots. I called to complain and they even saw that his file said coming in for allergy shots. I was told that the copay can not be refunded. I wouldn???t have sent him there if I would have been told from the get go. The office said it was a learning experience for all of us. I???ve already posted on Facebook what happened.

    The atmosphere was blah. No art work in the exam room. Not inviting. My initial appointment time was rescheduled. And then the day of my appointment I was contacted just prior to showing up to tell me my doctor had to reschedule.
