I really like Dr Stapleton. I followed him after I saw him in Mandarin. He is very thorough in his treatment of me as a patient. You feel like he really cares about you as his patient. I like that he prepares for his patients by reviewing patient records before seeing you. I???m very disappointed that he has to leave the practice for a year to complete his public service.

Dr Stapleton. I followed him over from Baptist primary care mandarin. Aside from Dr Stapleton, I like the friendly and welcoming staff and the brighter more open feeling building. Baptist primary care in mandarin exam rooms are too dark and small and are not very comfortable from a patient perspective.

I sat for over an hour and was not told I was waiting to be seen. Once I was seen, I was told two different stories from the staff. I watched 5 other people be seen before I was seen. Other patients were equally confused by the scheduling.

Dr. R. Stapleton is a great doctor, he listens to what you tell him and makes suggestions that will help you get better. The prescriptions that he prescribed for me has helped me feel better. The wait time to see him was very minimal. I look forward to having him be my doctor when I need medical help.

I am ALWAYS greeted warmly by either Marilyn or Regina. They are the BEST! They communicate extremely well what they need and what you are responsible for and they always do it with a smile on their face. I have a handful of offices that are closer to my home but their ability to make our interactions so personal will have me coming back again and again

Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff from entry check in to the nurses in back and the attentiveness of Dr. Stapleton. I wish he were a permanent physcian at the practice. We had a honest conversation about my health he treated me with respect. I felt very comfortable and confident with the next steps in my health-care.

Dr. Stapleton is great. The staff is very kind and respectful. The first visit felt not rushed and comprehensive just as it was supposed to feel. Dr. Stapleton listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them. Primary care offices are typically very busy and understandably there is typically a wait, which as a healthcare provider myself I totally get, but at my visit there was no wait at all. But even if there were a wait, it would have been worth it as Dr. Stapleton is a great physician. First impressions set the tone and my first visit at the practice was absolutely great.
