Dr. Guate was very nice and listened to me The girls out front were super nice and welcoming, I was very nervious, but the nurse was so sweet that it cal,ed me down a little until the Dr came in. Came out of there feeling good about the visit and happy I made the chose to go there. I would definitely recommend Dr Ghate.

Thank you???I???m feeling better since I started the antibiotic and the steroid..I have not had this much energy since Christmas 2023. I did want my record to say that I???m 5???2.. It says 5???1??? and that is different than anywhere else. I told Tammy that I shrunk, but not a whole inch and maybe not even 1/4 of an inch. I am not taking my Rovastatin, pending further evaluation of my Pancreatic Excretion Insufficiency (that could be the call???No alcohol or statin for me at this point. I???m starting a trial enzyme replacement and getting an abdominal CT. And I???m sure this isn???t the right place for this feedback.???? As far as the brand new facility, it???s beautiful. And the staff that seem to have varied experiences at other institution were awesome.????????????

I have now had three appointments that i was not even taken back for at least 45 minutes late and then extended time past that. While Baptist doctors may feel there time is more important than others, I am finding another provider as waiting 2 hours for a primary care scheduled (non emergency) appointment is unacceptable. When I gave feedback to the GP. The response was ???well you took the last appointment for the morning and you shouldn???t expect to be on time. If you want to be on time you need to schedule the first appointment of the morning or the first appointment after lunch???. Completely unacceptable and I am letting all of my associates and friends know that somehow a GO feels like there time is more valuable than mine. I???m moving to the Mayo.

Everyone beginning at the reception area was friendly & helpful. This is a new location so I???m sure it will get busy. The nurse, Janae, took my vitals & answered any questions I had. She also reviewed my history & updated all my medical history including any outside testing & surgeries performed at other faculties than Baptist. Dr Ghate reviewed & confirmed all the information was correct & up to date. Since I was a new patient, Dr Ghate listened to heart, lungs & added orders for blood work & set appointment date for annual wellness visit. She reviewed my medications & arranged for a new prescription for one of them. I never felt rushed.

Your check in process is ridiculous. You have my data yet want me to complete it on paper, then ask me about it and don???t even look at the paper I took time to complete. Look at your process and eliminate what you don???t need. Consider hiring front seat people with critical thinking skills. Yea it may cost a little more but it will be worth it. It shouldn???t take 2 months to get an appointment in an empty office.

The entire staff is professional, prompt and very helpful. Even though I have to travel 30 miles to see Dr. Ghate, it is absolutely worth the time and effort. Dr. Ghate's nurses are so, so loving as well. Thank you so much.

The office I went to was run so efficiently. The nurse spent a lot of time taking my history and "interviewing" me. Then the doc spent considerable time with me and listened to my issues. She ordered blood work and requested referrals for me for other specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Ghate!
