About Me

I’m a North Florida native, lifelong Gator fan and 11-year Army veteran. My family is at the heart of who I am, and I treasure the time we spend together — especially getting outdoors, enjoying the simple moments and making memories. My journey has taught me the importance of hard work, service and community, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back by caring for the people and families who call this community home.

I became a physician because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and genuinely cared for. What I love most about family medicine is the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families. I take the time to understand the person behind the symptoms and work with each patient to create a plan that fits their goals, values and life. I believe healthcare is about more than treating an illness — it’s about caring for the whole person and helping people feel their best and live well.

Serving others has been a constant throughout my journey. During college and medical school, I volunteered at free health clinics in Gainesville because I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, quality healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. I carried that same commitment into my military career as an active-duty family medicine physician and Army officer, caring for Soldiers and their families. Those experiences deepened my appreciation for the privilege of caring for others and continue to shape how I care for my patients today. Having been raised in North Florida and given opportunities that helped shape my own path, I’m passionate about giving back to the community that has given me so much. I’m honored to care for the people and families around me and help make compassionate, personalized healthcare accessible to the community I call home.
