Communications are sometimes perplexing. If I have asked a question during a visit and promised an answer, there is not one. I have had to make another appointment to get an answer. It would be so helpful to be able to use the messaging feature in My Chart. I used it often in a system in Georgia and it was so helpful for quick questions that often a nurse could answer at Dr. instruction.

Friendly, caring quick to respond. Dr. M and staff make sure you feel that they???re going to help you . Scheduled quickly for emergency and scheduling for regular appointments is easy and reminders sent. Getting Rx new and refills done almost immediately. Plus everyone is happy and smiling when you arrive.

Dr. Meanes, is so easy to work with and his vast experience in dealing with senior patients is obvious the mail mayo is my first option, I do use the clinic at Fleet Landing for Emergency situations or to occasionally get a second opinion I have found the doctor very useful in my experiences.

The office is run very well, calls are returned promptly, waiting is virtually non-existent, everyone is pleasant, explanations are clear, detailed and delivered with a smile. I can only hope that, one day, everything in Fleet Landing will be run as well as the Clinique.

The staff, starting with Dr. Messiness, are Professional, knowledgeable, understanding, through, calm, and relaxed. They give me the time necessary to go over my concerns and to discuss the way forward. Dr. Messiness???s referrals are excellent. Lead time for appointments are short. Call backs, depending on urgency, are the same day or at most within 48 hours. Without qualification, Baptist Primary Care is a Five Star operation providing me the finest overall primary care I have ever had. In short , I feel blessed to be in their care.

Samantha and Dr Messinese did a great job, with my wife's help, in diagnosing and managing my COVID diagnosis and management/treatment. 3 1/2 days later, I am well down the road to recovery with no exposure to others (Shirley not included). She, remarkably, remains asymtomatic - while 2 of my 5 children have developed COVID since I was in contact with them on Sunday.

Dr Messinese conducted a thorough examination for the initial visit. I liked that the first questions he asked was not about me, but how my wife was recovering. He took time to listen as I answered his questions and had looked at the medical history I had provided and asked follow up questions.

Appointments are always on time. We never face a full waiting room nor are we required to face long wait times. Shannon, our primary contact, is friendly, helpful and diligent in her follow up. Dr. Messinese and his PA are compassionate and knowledgeable professionals. We feel extremely fortunate that we have the opportunity to identify the Fleet Landing Clinic as our primary healthcare provider.

Starting with Shannon in reception; she is friendly and efficient, though very busy. Her voice message is clear and concise. Dr Messiness is also very empathetic and competent. His awareness of my interest in understanding the mechanics of the pharmicaticals and anatomy of bodily issues is sincerely appreciated. He does not hesitate to make referrals which is also greatly appreciated.
